MEMBERS' RIGHTS
Members have access to use the courts during the official outdoor season as announced by the Executive committee.
Memberhsip is not limited for reasons of race, religion, sex,national origin, ideology or disability.
Members have priority in booking lessons and participate in programs.
In an effort to ensure fairness use of the courts by all members, RTC does not allow guests on a regular basis.
MEMBERS' RESPONSABILITIES
Members waive, discharge and release the Rosebank Tennis Club ("RTC"), its officers, agents, volunteers from any liability arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury that may be sustained while on the grounds of the RTC.
Members will use RTC courts only for tennis. Usage of the club facilities for non-tennis activities and/or damage caused to club and City of Pickering property will void the membership.Members who damage club property are liable to the club and to its extent, City of Pickering.
Unauthorized programs and social events from other than RTC approved provider(s), are strictly prohibited.
RTC is not responsible for any risks associated with natural events, epidemic or pandemic crisis. Court usage during programs or open play, is at own risk. RTC nor any of its volunteers, executives or program providers can not be held liable for any issues related to natural causes , an epidemic or pandemic event.

RULES OF THE COURT
Courts are for the exclusive use of RTC members.
Non-members can play only in the presence of a current RTC member.
League play and programs have priority .
Lessons with an RTC member have priority on Court 1.
Weekdays 7 PM-10 PM and weekends all day, singles play is limited to 1 hour per booking/walk-on and doubles to 2 hours per booking/walk-on.
Court usage is primarily by reservation, followed by walk-on 10 min past the hour if a court is not occupied.
Proper attire, tennis or athletic, is mandatory at all times when using RTC facilities.
